TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related fields
  2. Min. 3 years of relevant work
  3. In-depath knowledge of training theories and practices, as well as current industy trend
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees during
  5. training sessions
  6. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training programs and initiatives simultaneously
  7. Leadership qualities to inspire and guide training staff and teams effectively
  8. Ability to adapt training content to suit different levels of employees, from entry-level to managerial positions
  9. Familiarity with learing management systems (LMS)
  10. Understanding of hospitality regulations, safety standards, and customer service best practices
  11. A creative and innovative approach to training, focusing on enhacing the guest experience
  12. Placement in Bogor, West Java
