Position : Business Development (Frenchise Recruiter) – Eye Level Indonesia
Requirements :
- Develop and implement a sales process, building a strong pipeline to meet the company’s sales/market opening objectives.
- Source, screen, select, and recommend qualified applicants for targeted expansion locations.
- Be an brand ambassador and engage interest in the development of Eye Level Learning Centers and the brand.
- Conduct Franchise Seminars on continuing basis in territory to bring awareness of the benefits of becoming an Eye Level franchise owner to local entrepreneurs.
- Stay current with industry initiatives and legal developments pertaining to franchising.
- Prefered have an experience in handling education business (Preschool).
