HR MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS :
- Woman, Degree or Professional Diploma in HR Management or related disciplines
- At least 8 years of relevant HR experience, 3 years on managerial level
- Experience in partnership with Management to drive business strategy to achieve business goals
- Strong knowledge employment act & Manpower regulations, development of policies &
procedure, compensation & benefits, performnance management, people development - High integrity, strong belief & value, independent, initiative, resourceful and meticuluous
- Excellent in management skill, strategic & analytical thinking & problem solving
- Excellent interpersonal skills and possess strong leadership skills in LOLY POLY
- Good command of spoken and written English
JOB DESC:
- Ensure all HR Strategic decisions align with company’s objectives
- Manage full spectrum of HR from recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits,
employee relations, performance management, employee welfare, training development to payroll management
