ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT STAFF
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
– Updating employee job description annually.
– Identify training and development needs within organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation.
– Review job Descriptions collaborate with user to ensure the job description are aliggned with business process
– Support for employee appraisal (annual), evaluate KPI, data collecting and evaluation.
– Capable to handle employee / Company event
– Create talent Mapping for career plan and succession planing program
– Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research
– Candidate must process at least Bachelor’s Degree in human resource management/Psychology or equivalent and relevant major
– Having at least 1 years experiences in organization development area
– Proactive and communicative, self driven and able to work cooperatively
– Able to join asap
– Fluently English oral or written is a must
